How a single donor ponytail becomes a weighed, labelled, colour-checked box.

Inside the atelier

Every ponytail arrives tied, labelled and kept in one direction. Direction is what separates Remy hair from the rest, and it is lost the moment a bundle is mixed.

We sort by tone before length. Two bundles can measure identically and still refuse to sit together if one carries more red at the root.

Wefting is done by hand on a flat seam, then each set is weighed twice — once loose, once boxed — so the gram figure on the label is the gram figure you receive.

Last is the daylight check. If a bundle does not match the reference swatch by the window, it does not ship.
