These terms apply to purchases of Remy hair on souverainehair.com from Kovács Ferenc, sole trader, trading as Souveraine Extensions. Registered seat: 7000 Sárbogárd, Tinódi utca 74, Hungary. Orders
An order is accepted when we send the confirmation email. We may decline an order where stock, colour match or delivery cannot be honoured, and any payment taken is refunded in full. Checkout works with cash-on-delivery or invoice until a real Stripe (or other) key is added by the owner — we do not invent payment keys. Bank details are not published here yet.
Pricing
Hungarian pages show prices in forint. English, Romanian, Slovak and German pages show the same prices in euro, converted at 366.38 forint per euro (European Central Bank reference rate, 29 September 2026). The seller chose Hungarian small-business VAT exemption (alanyi adómentesség), so prices do not include VAT and there is no EU VAT number. A delivery to Switzerland may be charged customs duty, which is not included in the price, and the carrier may collect it on delivery.
Delivery
Sets are dispatched within 48 working hours where the chosen length and weight are in stock. Delivery estimates are indicative and do not form part of the contract. We hand the parcel to the courier booked through Kvikk. We deliver to Hungary, Austria, Germany, Switzerland, Romania, Slovakia, Czechia and Poland. Pickup points from MPL, Packeta or GLS are available only in Hungary.
Returns and withdrawal
EU consumers may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of delivery. Unopened sets may be returned in that window. Opened bundles cannot be accepted for hygiene reasons. Return shipping is on the buyer unless the goods are faulty.
Product care
Hair is a natural product. Wear life depends on care, and damage caused by heat, chemical treatment or incorrect brushing is not covered.
Privacy and cookies
How we handle personal data and cookies is set out in the Privacy notice. Essential cookies run the bag; analytics wait for your consent.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death, personal injury or defective products.
Hungarian consumers may also turn to the conciliation board competent for the seller’s seat (Fejér county).
