Orders
An order is accepted when we send the confirmation email. We may decline an order where stock, colour match or delivery cannot be honoured, and any payment taken is refunded in full.
Pricing
Prices are shown in euro and include VAT where applicable. Duties for destinations outside the EU are calculated at checkout or collected by the carrier.
Delivery
Sets are dispatched within 48 working hours. Delivery estimates are indicative and do not form part of the contract.
Returns
Unopened sets may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Opened bundles, cut ties and separated tapes cannot be accepted for hygiene reasons. Made-to-order lace wigs are exchange-only.
Product care
Hair is a natural product. Wear life depends on care, and damage caused by heat, chemical treatment or incorrect brushing is not covered.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
