These terms apply to purchases of Remy hair on souverainehair.com from Kovács Ferenc, egyéni vállalkozó, trading as Souveraine Extensions. Registered seat: 7000 Sárbogárd, Tinodi utca 74, Hungary. Orders
An order is accepted when we send the confirmation email. We may decline an order where stock, colour match or delivery cannot be honoured, and any payment taken is refunded in full. Checkout works with cash-on-delivery or invoice until a real Stripe (or other) key is added by the owner — we do not invent payment keys. Bank details are not published here yet.
Pricing
Prices are shown in euro. The seller chose Hungarian small-business VAT exemption (alanyi adómentesség), so prices do not include VAT and there is no EU VAT number. Duties for destinations outside the EU are calculated at checkout or collected by the carrier.
Delivery
Sets are dispatched within 48 working hours where the chosen length and weight are in stock. Delivery estimates are indicative and do not form part of the contract.
Returns and withdrawal
EU consumers may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of delivery. Unopened sets may be returned in that window. Opened bundles, cut ties and separated tapes cannot be accepted for hygiene reasons. Made-to-order lace wigs are exchange-only unless the law says otherwise. Return shipping is on the buyer unless the goods are faulty.
Product care
Hair is a natural product. Wear life depends on care, and damage caused by heat, chemical treatment or incorrect brushing is not covered.
Privacy and cookies
How we handle personal data and cookies is set out in the Privacy notice. Essential cookies run the bag; analytics wait for your consent.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death, personal injury or defective products.
Hungarian consumers may also use the conciliation board competent for the seller’s seat (Fejér county) or the EU ODR platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
