Parcels are shipped through Kvikk. We deliver to Hungary, Austria, Germany, Switzerland, Romania, Slovakia, Czechia and Poland. Pickup points from MPL, Packeta or GLS are available only in Hungary.
Returns
Unopened, unworn sets in their original box can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Write to us first and we will send you the return address. Return shipping is paid by the buyer unless the goods are faulty.
Hygiene rules mean we cannot accept a set once the ties are cut or the braid is opened. Compare the shade before opening the bundle.
Colour exchange
If the shade does not sit against your own hair, send a daylight photo within 14 days and we will swap it for a closer match at no cost.
We sell real human hair by length and weight. We do not sell clip-ins or wigs.
