Returns
Unopened, unworn sets in their original box can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Write to us first so we can send a prepaid label.
Hygiene rules mean we cannot accept a set once the ties are cut or the tapes are separated. Please compare the shade before opening the bundle.
Colour exchange
If the shade does not sit against your own hair, send a daylight photo within 14 days and we will swap it for a closer match at no cost.
Custom lace wigs are made to order and are exchange-only, not refundable.
