Who is responsible

We sell Remy hair to customers in the EU and beyond. This notice is written in English; we answer privacy requests in EN, RO, SK, DE or HU. The supervisory authority for the controller is the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH).

What we collect

When you buy: name, email, delivery and billing address, phone, order contents and payment status. When you write or apply for trade: the fields on that form. When you join the list: your email, after you tick the marketing box. Payment card numbers never reach our servers — they stay with the payment provider, or you pay on delivery / invoice while Stripe is not configured.

Why we collect it

To fulfil the contract (pack, ship, return), to answer you, to keep accounts as Hungarian law requires, and — only with consent — to send occasional restock and offer emails. We do not sell personal data and we do not run advertising pixels unless you accept optional cookies and we later add a measurement ID in WordPress.

How long we keep it

Order and invoice records for the period required by accounting law (typically eight years in Hungary). Marketing emails until you unsubscribe. Contact messages while we need them to help you, then they are deleted. Cookie choices for 180 days.

Cookies

A first-party banner on this site asks you to accept all cookies or keep essential only. Reject is as easy as accept. Essential cookies: the shopping bag, checkout session, login, your language (souveraine_locale), and the choice itself (souv_consent). Optional cookies: analytics, loaded only after “Accept all” and only if the shop owner has set a measurement ID. We do not use a third-party consent plugin. You can reopen the banner from Cookie settings in the footer. Google Fonts are loaded to render the shop type; they are disclosed here and are not used as an advertising tracker.

Sharing

The carrier who delivers your parcel, the payment or invoicing provider, our accountant, and the hosting company that runs this VPS. No one else, unless a court or regulator requires it.

Your rights

You may ask for a copy, a correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or to object. Withdraw cookie or marketing consent at any time. Write to hello@souverainehair.com.

You may complain to NAIH (1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9–11., ugyfelszolgalat@naih.hu, naih.hu) or to the data-protection authority where you live in the EU.
